Horizon Inks was established in 1989 by Mr Shailen Nataly with the vision of supplying Australia's printing companies with a higher quality product and better service than was available at the time. As it turns out there is still a market for good quality products and excellent service, so Horizon Inx has flourished in an industry full of multi-national collapses and mergers.
The success of the company can be attributed to the hard work and determination of its employees and the credo "we make the printer's problem our problem". Between our key staff, we have over 60 years of technical experience in the manufacture of printing inks and with the backing of our Japanese suppliers, we can meet almost any request or solve any problem that may be thrown at us by our clients.
Due to the fact that our products are imported from Japan and delivery time is around 8 weeks, we hold a substantial quantity of stock to cater for the industry's needs as printers have never been good at estimating or ordering in advance.
Horizon Inks has progressed with new technology introducing Soy Based inks and Cartridge type ink dispensing canisters to cater for enviromentally aware customers. All of the machinery in our factory recycles water used for cooling purposes and we also have the facility to reprocess "stale" inks that customers have as dead stock, so it can be reused instead of put into land fill.
Horizon Inks' unequalled consistency and service has enabled us to negotiate contracts for corporate colours and the supply of inks to major packaging companies who print high quality products with a low tolerance for variation.
Due to demand, we now have representatives in all major states of Australia and some Pacific Islands, so we are able to extend our expertise futher than the Head Office in Sydney allows. |
